Mie Aceh

Mie Aceh, traditional dishes typical of the Veranda of Mecca province is famous for its spicy flavor, fresh and delicious it is easy to make. Mie Aceh this recipe uses goat meat, but if you do not like lamb, this element should be replaced with beef. Let's follow the recipe!



Ingredients :
- 200 grams of Meat Goats
- 300 grams of wet noodles, poured boiling hot water
- 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 3 eggs Shallots, thinly sliced

- 750 ml of water
- 300 ml of Beef Broth
- 50 grams of Toge
- 50 grams Cabbage, sliced ​​thin
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon of Sugar
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 1/2 teaspoon vinegar
- 1 leek, chopped 1 cm long cut
- 1 sheet of Salam leaves

Spices :
- 6 eggs Shallots
- 4 cloves of Garlic
- 1 point Cardamom
- 4 Red chilies plain, seeded
- 2 cm turmeric, burned
- 1/4 teaspoon Caraway
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper powder

Ingredients Cucumber Pickles :
- 3 pieces of cucumber, seeded, cut into small pieces
- 1 teaspoon of Sugar
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

Supplementary / Additional Material Dishes :
- 100 grams Fried Chips
- Fry onion to taste

How to cook

Mutton boiled in water and bay leaves. Once cooked discard the water. Cut into pieces. Set aside.
Saute garlic, onion, and herbs that have been crushed until aromatic. Add goat meat before. Stir until blended.
Add tomatoes, sprouts, and cabbage. Stir until wilted.
Enter the soy sauce, salt, sugar, beef broth, and vinegar. Cook until absorbed.
Enter the noodles. Cook until done. Towards removed, sprinkle green onions. Stir until blended.
Serve with pickled cucumber noodles Aceh, fried chips and a sprinkling of fried onions.
