Javanese Fried Noodles / Mie Goreng Jawa

Javanese Fried Noodles recipe is very popular because of the flavor that is so typical of Java, tasty and delicious with a sweet soy sauce seasoning mix Spicy Tasty. Makes it so easy too!



Ingredients :
- 1 package (2 pieces) dried egg noodles, boiled until cooked then drain and add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil, stir well
- 5 pcs Roasted Pecan
- 4 cloves of Garlic
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce Spicy Sweet Tasty
- 1/4 teaspoon White Pepper Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon of Sugar
- 5 egg Meatballs Beef (cut in to pieces / already cutted)
- 100 grams of Pancet shrimp or prawns (already peeled)
- 200 grams of Cabbage (already cutted)
- 200 grams of mustard green / caisim (cut into pieces)
- 2 stalks green onion, cut into around 1 cm
- 1 stalk celery leaves, cut into rough
- 10 grams beef flavor
- 2 Chicken eggs, beaten
- 5 tablespoons of Cooking Oil

How to cook

Saute until fragrant and well cooked, then put the meatballs, shrimp, stir-fry until it changes color and add the eggs. Once the eggs mature, enter the vegetables, beef flavor, salt, and sugar.
Add noodles and soy sauce. Stir until the seasoning evenly with noodles.
