Goat Steak

Goat Steak, This is only true fusion dish. Steak, which comes from the Dutch word "Biefstuk" means cuts of beef / steak / beef steak. This recipe was originally brought by the Dutch woman who came to live in the archipelago in the past, the gradually adopted by the people of Indonesia and became one of our flagship fusion recipes. Goat Steak recipe is unique, because it is a Dutch-style Beef replaced the main ingredients of goat meat, with a sweet savory flavor that is guaranteed to make the whole family hooked!



Ingredients:
Goat meat is 350 grams, cut a little thin
2 pieces of tomatoes, each cut in 4
2 pieces of potatoes, peeled, cut lengthwise rather oblique
5 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
1/4 tsp White Pepper Powder
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 tablespoon Sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
4 items onion, thinly sliced
500 ml of water
2 tablespoons margarine or butter
Enough lettuce for serving

How to cook :

Heat the margarine or butter, saute garlic and shallots until fragrant and yellow, and enter the goat meat, and cook until it changes color.
Enter the tomatoes and all seasonings, then add water, potatoes and Bango Sweet Soy Sauce.
Cook over medium heat until soft goat meat.
Serve with lettuce leaves.
