Cirebon Shake Noodles

Cirebon Shake Noodles

Ingredients:
Brisket meat / 350 grams tetelan
1.5 liter of water
2 tablespoons cooking oil
1 cm ginger, peeled and crushed
1 cm ginger, crushed
4 teaspoons rice flour, dissolved in 100 ml of water
Sugar to taste
Fried onions to taste
Boiled sauce to taste
150 grams of wet noodles
100 grams of cabbage, thinly sliced
2 stalks scallions, thinly sliced

Spices:
Red onion 6 eggs
5 garlic cloves
Pecan 3 eggs
salt to taste
1 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon dried shrimp, pour boiling hot water, drained

How to cook:
Boil the water and the meat over medium heat until tender. Lift the meat and diced. Enter in a saucepan, boil again. Heat oil, saute ground spices until fragrant. Pick up and put in a stew. Add ginger, galangal and sugar and stir well. Pour the solution while stirring the rice flour. Bring to a boil. Arrange noodles, cabbage and scallions in a serving tool. Pour the sauce with the meat. Sprinkle with fried shallots. Serve warm with samba) as a complement.

Serves for 2 plate
