Getuk
is one of kind Indonesia snack, Getuk is a popular snack from Java, Indonesia. This snack made from cassava. The cassava is peeled,
boiled and mashed. Then it is mixed with grated coconut, sugar and small
amounts of salt. Sugar can also be substituted with palm sugar to give
it brownish color and more distinctive taste.
The other method to
make Gethuk is by grinding it with meat grinder and cut it into cubes.
this kind of Getuk also known as "Getuk Lindri". While grinding butter,
sugar, salt, and sometimes also milk powder, vanilla, and food coloring
is added. Usuall

Bake Fish Cake / Pempek Panggang / Pempek Tunu

Main Ingredients:
Finely minced fish meat
(Who is best to fish mackerel or striped snakehead fish, if none, can be replaced with any fish with a lot of meat. more like Salmon, Tuna, Small Cob, Carp, discard the bones grind until smooth and do not use a lot of fatty fish such as Catfish, Catfish, etc.)
Corn starch or wheat starch (tapioca), water, salt to taste finely, seasoning to taste.

comparison between fish and corn starch can be 1:1 or 1:3 / 4 or 1:1 / 2, the more fish the more tasty, but a maximum of 1 kg fish with corn starch 0.5 kg.
